Chevy Sedan in Maya2008

hi friends,

well, now, these days i'm really work hard to make things look real and acceptable.
First the bike, then a mobile phone and now i've come up with a car.
This Sedan model was constructed in 3DS MAX(see the older post for max output version).
then brought in maya to play around with lighting n texturing.

Compare the two models... made in max(older) and maya(newer) and observe the difference in quality.

W810i Modeled in Maya

Hi again,

So now u know where i was for such a long time.
the sony ericsson walkman 810i is modeled in maya, rendered in mental ray and textured in photoshop.
i've tried to bring the output as close as possible to the real mobile.
the model is little bit different from the original mobile and ofcourse i've not used
the original logo of walkman.

Hey friends,

It really took longer to post something this time. I hope u've learnt & seen the object by now.
This is a Yamaha R6 look a like model, modeled in maya, rendered in mental ray and textured in photoshop.

Does it look near to realistic? i have tried my best and using my computers full efficiency to generate these images.

It didnt took long to finalise the bike before rendering, but yeah, it took really long to model it.

Clouds in Maya !

hello visitor,

The image shows pretty much realistic clouds that are made in maya.
Technically, they are not modeled, but i've used fluids to create them.
without looking at any reference, the output is uploaded here.
yet if u feel that there could be some changes made into it, through which
clouds might look further more realistic... so ur comments are always invited.

The Opaque Crystal Ring

This opaque ring is modeled in maya, and lighting are given in such a way to form the real world shine on it as well as on the surface on which it lies. this shine in technical terms is called Caustics.
